| With obesity numbers on the rise in our nation's
youth, we have made it a priority in 2010 to help reduce and
prevent adolescent obesity.
Through speaking engagements at local schools and working with
individual families, we hope to impact the youth of Denver in
such a way that the prevalence of obese kids can diminish significantly.
No child should have to endure the horrible consequences of being
overweight and/or under fit.

Beyond preventing and treating obesity, we believe an early
introduction to physical fitness and healthy eating habits is
important for all children. Physical fitness components like
balance, strength, agility, posture, endurance, and hand-eye-coordination
are key elements of our fitness programs with kids.
We try to make every session fun and educational. Games, drills,
and sports specific exercises are used to teach youth the importance
of having a healthy body and a healthy attitude towards fitness.
